Anṭam (Musturd leaves)
[caption id="attachment_612" align="aligncenter" width="520"] Anṭam (mustard) is one of the common vegetables consumed by the Hmar tribe. The green leaves is used in preparing anṭam but (boil soup), vawksa hmepawk (posk-mashed-rice curry), anṭam zeu (fried mustard), etc. It is also sometimes dried and used in preparing 'changal hme'.[/caption]
